SciVisum has released the ability to group dynamic user journeys to make it easier for clients with lots of complex, often multichannel, monitoring to easily view the information they need.
As online strategies increase in complexity there are different teams with interests in different aspects of the website, mobile apps, content and back-end perfomance and much of the time these teams prefer to have a filtered view of the data they work with to make diagnosis and analysis easier. As different “groups” may belong to different areas of a business, have different purposes, and different targets and need to be looked at in isolation or comparatively.
Clients can define their own groups to meet their own needs and choose which groups are visible to which users in their default view. However, if user does need to see data that they normally choose to hide then they can choose to show that data temporarily.
We worked closely with clients to develop this function as this release was in direct response to requests from a number of clients would find it useful to be able to group (and report on) journeys and client types to allow them to view the data matrix in different ways and be able to look at performance by various different clients, brands, sub groups of journey or product type, depts, locations etc.
The pages where journeys can be viewed by group are:
- Management Overview
- Live Status
- Historic Status
